Residential properties vs Commercial properties
There is a major difference between residential and commercial properties when it comes to tax law.
A commercial property, if the rent is over $75,000 per annum, then the property holder will be required to be registered for GST, for residential, there is no GST applicable.
The status of the property is generally sort by the council in their DA Plans.
