SuperSeeker

Overview

It is important to keep track of your super. If you’ve ever changed your name, address or job, you may have lost track of some of your super. Having several super accounts could mean that fees and charges are reducing your overall super investment.

There are a number of ways to keep track of and manage your super.

On 6 January 2014, we recommenced processing unclaimed superannuation money claims, as our system upgrades have been completed.Due to the number of claims received while our system was unavailable, further delays may be experienced while we process claim backlogs, but interest will be paid for the time that we hold this money.SuperSeeker will now display new unclaimed superannuation money that has been reported and paid to us from 11 November 2013.We are committed to processing these claims as quickly as possible. If you are in a hardship situation, contact 13 28 61.End of danger
